Visibility Controls

Visibility controls are specified by users, to specify who can access their data. These settings extend the privileges established by the standard Data Access Permissions.

Application	Use the Application Access settings
Document (all file types,   including Photos)	Click the Public flag to create a URL that can be accessed without having to log in
Document Folder (including Export Folders)	Specify Folder Visibility
Home Page	Click the wrench icon Click [New] or [Edit] Set Visibility options
Note	Create or edite a note. Set Visibility options Visible to everyone, by default.
Report	Click the wrench icon Click [New] or [Edit] Set Visibility options
Report Folder	Specify Folder Visibility
View	Click the wrench icon Click [New] or [Edit] Set Visibility options
