Type of Application

• ServiceDesk Features - ServiceDesk is an extended version of a Dynamic Case Management (DCM) app.
• Dynamic Case Management application - A DCM app is helps to manage incoming cases (aka requests, investigations, or incidents).
• Database Application - A database app provides interactive design, pre-built forms, and the ability to collaborate.

With it's high level of data security and the ability to copy your data locally, anytime you need it, many organizations never need to go any further.
