Manage and Reorder Enumerated Values

In the page that displays the field definition:

1. Go to the last section of the page, Enumerated Values.

2. Click [Manage Values] to specify display text, color, images, and grouping labels.

3. To specify images, first upload them to the platform as Documents. This example shows records that were created after selecting such graphic images from a picklist:

4. Finally, in the Enumerated Values section, click [Reorder Values] to change the order in which the values appear:

   

Note: Reordering can be done only when the Sort List Alphabetically option is unchecked.
