Event Rules

> Customize > Event Based Rules

Specify one or more Rule Sets to execute when any of the following actions occur and specify the order in which they execute, if there is more than one:

• Case Created - A new Case is created.
• Case Updated - Data associated with the Case is modified.
• Case Deleted - A Case is deleted.
• Case Reopened - A closed Case is reopened.
• Case Owner Changed - Someone new becomes responsible for the Case.
