Event Rules

{solution} > Designer >Case Types > {case type} > Action Events

Specify one or more Rule Sets to execute when any of the following actions are taken on a Case and specify the order in which they execute, if there is more than one:

  • Case Created - A new Case is created.
  • Case Updated - Data associated with the Case is modified.
  • Case Deleted - A Case is deleted.
  • Case Reopened - A closed Case is reopened.
  • Case Owner Changed - Someone new becomes responsible for the Case.
  • Activity Started - A specified Activity is started.
  • Activity Completed - A specified Activity is finished.
  • Document Added - A document of a specified type is added to a Case.
Considerations
  • You can specify multiple Activity events, one for each type of Case Activity
  • You can specify multiple Document Added events, one for each Document Type
