The Terms of Service (ToS) are a set of legally binding rules that define how the service can be used by service subscribers.

Examples

A service provider can require that a user accept and comply with Terms of Service when:

signing up with a new email provider
downloading a software product or update
signing up for an online service (with a retail company like eBay or Amazon or a business software company like Oracle, IBM, SAP or Microsoft)

The Terms of Service (ToS) are defined by the Service Provider, typically with the assistance of legal counsel.

Considerations

ISVs can create a single, multipurpose ToS for use by all MSPs and Tenants, or custom ToS pages can be created and provided to individual Tenants or MSPs
MSPs and Tenants must comply with the ToS defined by their primary ISV

A Terms of Service link is included in the registration pages, which are part of the process to add a new User/Tenant/MSP.

To configure the Terms of Service:

Created a web page containing the Terms of Service
Click > __TBD: ISV-Setup__ > Service Provider Settings -or- > __TBD: ISV-Setup__ > MSP Settings
In the Registration Configuration section, update the URL with the web page address
