This template is used to identify global Tenant Capabilities that affect the service provider and all tenants.

Usage:

{{GlobalTenantCapability|1|2|3}}

The [[{{{1}}}]] option must be enabled by your Service Provider.
In an on-premise installation, the default setting is {{{2}}}.
In the cloud, this setting is {{{3}}}.
(This global Tenant Capability can be modified only in an On-Premise Installation.)
