Use this template for alerts about access permission rights that reference pages that have the word "permission" in them. For example: "Develop permission".
(Older references use Template:Permissions which go to pages that don't have that word in the title, making for highly confusing pages like "Customize Objects"--which isn't about customizing things at all, but is rather about the permission you need to do so.
Usage:
