Case Types

A Solution can manage different kinds of Cases. For example, a bank can handle both consumer loans and commercial loans. A Banking solution would define a different Case Type for each kind of loan. Then, when a business customer applies for a loan (for example), a Commercial Loan case would be created.

Creating or visiting a Case Type brings up the Case Design sidebar, with all the options you need to create the Case Types needed in your solution.
