Tenants can use the Language Translation features when this service is enabled.
- The Multiple Languages option is enabled by your Service Provider.
- In an on-premise installation, the default setting is Off .
- In the cloud, this setting is __TBD__ .
(This is a global Tenant Capability that can be modified only in an On-Premise Installation.)
