Type of Application

• ServiceDesk Features - ServiceDesk is an extended version of a Dynamic Case Management (DCM) app.
• DCM Application - A DCM app is helps to manage incoming cases (aka requests, investigations, or incidents).
• Database Application - A database app provides interactive design, pre-built forms, and the ability to collaborate.

On-Premise or In the Cloud Most organizations get started by creating an application or two in the public cloud. With it's high level of data security and the ability to copy your data locally, anytime you need it, many organizations never need to go any further.
