Visibility controls are an extension of Data Access Permissions that make a user's data available to other users.

About the Visibility Controls

Visibility controls can be specified for:

• Applications
• Documents

• All file types, including Photos)
• Click the Public flag option to create a URL that can be accessed by anyone, without having to log in first

• Document Folders

• Including Export Folders)

• Home Page
• Notes
• Reports
• Report Folders
• Views
