When clicked, word documents (.docx) files and PDF files that have been uploaded as attachments are displayed in a popup PDF viewer, so they can be seen without having to download them first.

Non-Editable Fields Grayed Out

When your permissions don't let you modify a field, and that field appears in a form, it is grayed out.

Task Comments Auto-Copied to Related Record

When a comment is added to a task, that comment is automatically copied to the record the task relates to, so it appears in the record history.
