{Login Name} > Personal Settings > My Information

An active User can Edit Personal Information associated with their user record.

In addition, several Actions are available to Login as Proxy for the user and manage Proxy Login Permissions.

Edit Personal Information

Note: Empty fields are only displayed when editing.

To Edit Personal Information:

1. Click > {Login Name} > Personal Settings > My Information. The User page opens, showing the current settings for your personal information.
2. Click [Edit].
   The Update User page opens. Make changes as desired.
3. Click [Save]

Use these options to set up and modify personal settings.

Users with Manage Personal Setup permission can modify their personal user interface settings. Users in Roles that have that permission disabled have limited access to customize their personal user interface.

My Information

Modify your name, location, email address, and phone numbers.

Password

Create a new password here.

Security Question

Select a standard security question or define one of your own, so your identity can be authenticated when you have forgotten your password.

Preferences

Customize the way you interact with applications.

Application Tabs

Select the tabs you want to appear, and the order in which they are displayed.

Delegations

Delegate your own profile or the profiles of your direct reports to somebody who you want to delegate your role to while you are away.

Recycle Bin

View, recover, or permanently remove deleted items.
