Type of Application
- ServiceDesk Features - ServiceDesk is an extended version of a Dynamic Case Management (DCM) app.
- Dynamic Case Management application - A DCM app is helps to manage incoming cases (aka requests, investigations, or incidents).
- Database Application - A database app provides interactive design, pre-built forms, and the ability to collaborate.
