- Record access:
- Users with View permission enabled in Role Permissions or the Access Profile can read records
- Users with Add permission enabled in Role Permissions or the Access Profile can add records
- Users with Update permission enabled in Role Permissions or the Access Profile can update records
- Users with Delete permission enabled in Role Permissions or the Access Profile can delete records
- Users who are the owner of a Task can view the record the Task is attached to
- When a Process Model specifies that a User Task is to be closed with an accompanying Form, the user can view and edit record the Task is attached to when they are completing the task
- Access to records owned by other team members:
