Visibility controls are an extension of Data Access Permissions that make a user's data available to other users.
About the Visibility Controls
Visibility controls can be specified for:
- Applications
- Documents
- All file types, including Photos)
- Click the Public flag option to create a URL that can be accessed by anyone, without having to log in first
- Including Export Folders)
