ISVs can use the Tenant Management System application to manage Tenants.

Working with the Tenant Management System application

  • The Tenant Management System application is available to users with the System Administrator Default Role
  • Additional users can be granted access to customize the Tenant Management System, via the Visibility setting 

Creating a Tenant

To create a tenant, perform the following:

Note: By default for AgileApps version 10.11 and later, the application creates a default tenant during the installation process. For more information, see Default Tenant in AgileApps.

1. Open the AgileApps application login page by accessing the URL from any supported web browser. An example of the login URL is https://yourdomain.com/networking/servicedesk/index.jsp where yourdomain is the name of your domain.
2. Click the link Click here to create a trial account instantly.
3. In the Register page, enter all the required details and click Create My Account.

Alternately, you can also create a tenant as follows:

1. Click Tenant Management System application > QuickLinks.
2. Click Create New Tenant.
3. Complete the information in the form.
Note: You can also access this form by opening a web browser and using a URL as follows: https://yourdomain.com/networking/Service?t=2308, Where yourdomain.com is the name of your domain.
4. Click Create My Account.
The tenancy is created, but the email address must be validated in order to complete the registration process.
5. A Welcome Email Message is sent to the user
6. The user must validate the email address in order to complete the email validation process and create the tenancy
7. When the user logs in again, this message is displayed.
(If the email address is not verified within seven (7) days, the Post-Registration Email Address Verification process is activated.)


Editing a Tenant

  1. Click Tenant Management System application > Tenants
  2. Click the tenant's folder icon FolderIcon.png to see tenant details

  3. Click More Actions > Delete
